Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This policy covers what Bytezuno collects when you browse this store or place an order, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to bytezuno.com and to the order emails we send.

1. Who is responsible

Sesplus LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA — see Business Information for full entity details. Privacy questions go to [email protected] or +1 (205) 615-2820.

We do not collect anything from people we know to be under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

3. We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) and comparable state privacy laws. There is nothing to opt out of on this front, because we do not do it.

4. Who we share it with

  • Hosting — this site and its order data run on servers we rent from a hosting provider that processes the data only on our instructions.
  • Payments — Stripe processes card and wallet payments under its own privacy notice. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
  • Shipping carriers — USPS and UPS receive the name and delivery address needed to deliver your parcel.
  • Email delivery — our transactional email provider sends the order confirmation and shipping notification.
  • Analytics and advertising — none in use at this time. If we add a measurement tag it will load only after you accept non-essential cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. Your privacy rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to know what we hold about them, to get a copy, to correct it, and to have it deleted. Everyone else gets the same treatment — we do not gate these requests on where you live.

Email [email protected] with the request. We verify it against the order details we already hold and respond within 45 days. We will not deny you goods or charge you a different price for exercising a privacy right. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for written proof of their authority.

6. How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for seven years, which is what US federal and state tax rules require of a seller. Support email is kept for two years. Anything else is deleted or anonymized once the purpose it was collected for has passed.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payment details never touch our servers, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to run the store. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your information we notify you as required by the law of your state.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top of the page and, for changes that affect an order you have placed, email you directly.
