Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in all 50 US states, plus Washington DC. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to freight forwarders. PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are handled by USPS where the carrier allows it.

Kits that include a made-to-order mat ship as one parcel, on the mat’s timing. The estimated delivery window for your address is shown at checkout and repeated in your order confirmation.
What shipping costs
Shipping is a flat rate per order, calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards. Carriers are USPS and UPS, chosen per parcel by size and destination.
Sales tax
Product prices on this site are shown before tax. Sales tax is calculated from your delivery address at checkout, where required, and appears as its own line in the order total.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after that first scan.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for five business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo where relevant. We open a claim with the carrier and either replace the order or refund it — you do not wait on the claim to be resolved. Damaged-on-arrival items are always replaced or refunded in full, separately from the returns process.
Wrong address
Email us the moment you spot a mistake. If the order has not shipped we will correct it. If it has, we can only wait for the carrier to return it to us, after which we refund the items (shipping excluded) or re-send at the original shipping rate.
