Terms of Sale

1. Who you are buying from

2. Who can order

You need to be 18 or older, with a valid payment method and a US delivery address. Orders are for personal use; we may decline or limit orders that look like resale quantities.

3. How an order is formed

A product listing is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Placing an order is your offer to buy it. We accept that offer when we email your order confirmation, and the contract forms at that point. If we cannot accept an order, we tell you why and refund it in full — see Order Cancellation.

4. Prices, tax and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before tax, as is standard in US retail. Sales tax is calculated from your delivery address at checkout where we are required to collect it, and shipping is added as its own line. The total shown on the payment step is what you are charged.

Payment is processed by Stripe using the method you choose at checkout. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this site. Your order is confirmed only once the payment is authorized.

Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a listing shows an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before charging anything.

5. Product descriptions and colour

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and care. Printed artwork is photographed under studio lighting, and screens vary — small colour differences between the photo and the printed surface are normal and are not a fault. Anything that genuinely does not match its description is covered by the returns policy.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery timings are on the Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we replace or refund it — you are not left carrying a carrier’s mistake.

7. Returns

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The full terms, including who pays return shipping, are on the Returns & Refunds page.

8. Warranty

We warrant that goods are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery, and we will repair, replace or refund a defective item at our option. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or damage from use outside the care instructions on the product page. Nothing here limits any implied warranty or other right you have under the law of your state that cannot be limited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to place fraudulent orders, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, or infringe the copyright in our artwork. The designs sold here are our own original work and stay our property; buying a product does not license its artwork for reproduction.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the state you live in.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
