30 days from delivery

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return anything you bought here. We would rather take a mat back than have it sit unused, so the bar is deliberately low: it needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

What qualifies

• Unused items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
• Kits returned complete — every item listed on the product page has to come back for a full kit refund.
• Made-to-order desk mats, on the same terms as everything else. The design being made for you does not cost you the return window.

We cannot refund opened card sleeves, or items returned with wear, marks or missing parts. If an item arrived faulty or damaged, that is not a return — see Shipping & Delivery, and we replace or refund it in full with no return shipping cost to you.

Starting a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and which items you want to send back. We reply with a return address and instructions within two business days. Please do not ship anything back before you have them — unannounced returns are hard to match to an order.

Who pays for return shipping

You cover return shipping on a change-of-mind return. We cover it when the item was faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. Use a tracked service either way; we can only refund what actually reaches us.

Your refund

Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price plus any sales tax charged on it, back to your original payment method. Original shipping is refunded when the whole order goes back, or when the return is our fault. We issue refunds within two business days of receiving the return; banks typically post them within a further 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not run a swap process — return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or design you want. That is faster than holding stock against an inbound parcel, and it keeps your new order in the queue straight away.
